การตั้งค่า WMS (8 Tabs)
หน้า WMS Settings ใน Admin Portal เป็นจุดศูนย์กลางตั้งค่าระบบทุกด้านของ WMS แบ่งเป็น 8 Tabs
วิธีเข้าหน้า
Sidebar (Admin) → WMS Settings
Tab 1 — Inbound
ตั้งค่ากระบวนการรับสินค้า:
- Default Receiving Dock per Warehouse
- Auto-create Putaway on GRN Confirm (true/false)
- Variance Tolerance:
- Short Receipt %
- Over Receipt %
- Force Photo on Damage (true/false)
- Lot/Batch Required for Categories — เลือก Category ที่บังคับ Lot
- Expiry Date Required for Categories — เลือก Category ที่บังคับ Expiry
- Putaway Strategy Priority Order — ลำดับ Rules ที่ใช้
Tab 2 — Outbound
ตั้งค่ากระบวนการจัดส่ง:
- Allocation Strategy — FIFO / FEFO / LIFO
- Wave Cut-off Times — Morning / Afternoon / Evening
- Auto Wave Planning Rules — Trigger conditions
- Pick Path Algorithm — Snake / S-shape / Optimal
- Pick Confirmation Mode — Scan only / Manual allowed
- Substitute Allowed — Yes/No
- Pack Station Count per Warehouse
- Carriers — Allowed list
Tab 3 — Inventory
ตั้งค่าสต๊อก:
- Cycle Count ABC Frequency — A: 2 weeks / B: 1 month / C: 3 months
- Low Stock Threshold %
- Negative Stock Allowed — โดยปกติ false
- Stock Aging Buckets — 0-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+
- Expiry Warning Days — แจ้งเตือนล่วงหน้ากี่วัน
Tab 4 — Approvals
ตั้งค่าระดับการอนุมัติ:
- Adjustment Threshold:
- < X → Auto-approve
- X — Y → Supervisor
Y → Manager
- RMA Auto-approve Threshold
- Order Cancellation Approval — บังคับ Supervisor หรือไม่
- Approval SLA Hours — ตอบสนองภายใน
- Escalation Path — Supervisor → Manager → Admin
Tab 5 — Notifications
ตั้งค่าแจ้งเตือน:
- Email Notifications — Master switch
- In-app Notifications
- Mobile Push — Mobile app integration
- Daily Digest Email — เวลาส่ง
- Event Subscriptions — ผู้ใช้แต่ละ Role เห็น event อะไรบ้าง
Tab 6 — Security
- Password Policy:
- Min length
- Required complexity
- Expiry days
- 2FA Required for Roles — เลือก Role ที่บังคับ
- Session Timeout Minutes
- Max Failed Login Attempts before lockout
- IP Whitelisting — Admin Portal เฉพาะ IP
Tab 7 — Integration
- API Rate Limits per key
- Webhook Retry Policy
- External Systems Connected — ERP, Carrier, etc.
- Sync Schedules — ทุกกี่นาที
Tab 8 — Reporting
- Default Date Range — Last 7 days / Last 30 days
- Export Format Default — CSV / Excel / PDF
- Scheduled Reports — Daily / Weekly auto email
- Currency Display — THB / USD / EUR
- Number Format — 1,234.56 vs 1.234,56
บันทึก และผลกระทบ
- กด Save เพื่อบันทึก
- ระบบจะ confirm ก่อน apply
- ทุกการเปลี่ยนแปลงเข้า Audit Log
Test ก่อน Production
ใช้ Sandbox environment ทดสอบก่อนเปลี่ยนใน Production
Reset to Default
- กดในแต่ละ Tab → Reset Tab to Default
- หรือ Reset All Settings (ต้อง SuperAdmin)
